Some of you may not know what TimeZones others are in and what time it would be half-way accross the world right now....well here are all the TimeZones and the names of each time, so you can find what or which timezone you or someone else is in:

Example, it is 12:00 P.M (GMT-10:00) and you want to know what time it is in (GMT-12:00). You would find the difference between the two times ( -2 hours) and put that into the time it is now. 12:00 P.M - 2 hours = 10:00 A.M.
Example, it is 8:00 A.M (GMT-03:00) and you want to know what time it is in (GMT-01:00). You would find the difference between the two numbers ( 2 hours) and put that in the time it is now. 8:00 A.M + 2 hours = 10: A.M
Example, it is 5:00 P.M (GMT-07:00) and you want to know what time it is in (GMT+03:00) You would find the difference between the two numbers ( 10 hours) and put that in the time it is now. 5:00 P.M + 10 hours = 3:00 A.M
